The Head and The Heart performed in Cleveland on Friday May 30th. They haven't stopped in Cleveland since the summer of 2012. They are currently playing festivals around the country while making smaller stops to promote their second album titled "Let's Be Still".

This was my fourth time seeing the band live. The first show was at the Beachland Ballroom, then Newport in Columbus, then House of Blues in Cleveland and now at the Masonic Auditorium. I've enjoyed every performance and the shows are always full of energy and excitement.

Throughout the past few years the venues have gotten larger and the amount of fans in attendance has grown but the band still seems to keep things simple. There is no elaborate stage decor or lighting. Their presence and sound reminds you it's all about the music.

The Head and the Heart performed songs from both of their successful albums. The songs all flow well together. They have a unique sound that was definitely carried across to the new album. If fans loved the first album then they are for sure to love "Let's Be Still".

The band moved on to play the Nelsonville festival in Hocking Hills and then the Governors Ball in New York.
